Policies & Terms

At Minnesota Custom-Made Apparel & Accessories, every item is made-to-order with care and precision. These policies ensure clear expectations, smooth production, and high-quality results for every customer. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Order & Production Policy

Production begins only after full payment and final artwork approval are received.

  • Standard production time: 7–14 business days (unless otherwise stated)
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee
  • Delays may occur due to supply chain, shipping carriers, or order complexity
Artwork & Design Policy
  • Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are preferred
  • PNG files must be high resolution (300 DPI, transparent background)
  • Digitizing fees apply for embroidery files
  • Customers are responsible for approving spelling, layout, and design before production
  • Mockups are digital representations and may not exactly match final thread or print colors
Payment, Quotes & Pricing
  • Full payment is required before production begins
  • Quotes are valid for 14 days
  • Pricing may change due to material or supplier cost changes
  • Invoices may be paid via cash, card, Shopify, Venmo, PayPal, or check
Customer-Supplied Garments
  • We are not responsible for damage to customer-supplied items
  • Variations in fabric may affect results
  • No replacements or refunds will be provided for customer-supplied goods
Shipping & Local Pickup
  • Local pickup available in Walker, Minnesota (By Appointment Only)
  • Shipping available via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers
  • Tracking will be provided once shipped
Returns & Defects
  • All custom items are non-refundable unless defective
  • Issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery
  • Photos are required for any claim
  • Approved defects will be repaired or replaced at our discretion
Cancellations & Changes
  • Orders may be canceled before production begins
  • Once production has started, cancellations are not allowed
  • Changes after approval may result in additional charges
Abandoned Orders
  • Orders not picked up within 30 days may incur storage fees
  • Orders left beyond 60 days may be considered abandoned
