No Charge Quote!

When you send us your design, we will provide you a no charge estimate to digitize and apply the design to your selected product. You will know and approve the cost before any work is done!

There are a couple ways to send us your artwork on-line listed below:

File graphic formats – 300 DPI or greater is required and to the size required:

Photoshop:  .pds .pdf - CYMK version

Illustrator:  .ai or .eps

.svg  .png

 Machine Formats – sized to the required stitch out:

.emb, .dst, .pes

IF you need help finding the right product or have your own product to be customized, you can email us at barb@mncustom-made.com with your request, to get your free quote on your artwork within 24-36 hours.

There is an easy process that we follow:

1. You send us your design, and we will send you a no charge quote.
2. You review and approve the quote, and we will send you the digital artwork.
3. You review digital artwork, and we make minor changes you may have. If there is additional rework of artwork you will be charged accordingly as it takes time to redesign from an initial design.
4. You approve digital artwork, and for embroidery only, we will send a color stitched swatch via mail or JPEG file. You will then receive a bill to be paid in full for our services. You are now ready for production!

At MN Custom-Made, we not only digitize your design, be we review your design for ways to optimize the customizing process in order reduce your cost. We will review these with you and not make any changes until your approval.

 

Don't have your artwork in an electronic format?

You can still use one of the two on-line methods and then email a sample to us, or you can call us with your request for a quote. You can also just send us your contact information and we will contact you.

Your Satisfaction Guaranteed!

Our step-by-step process is designed to ensure that you are satisfied with the digitizing process. If you are not 100% satisfied with quality of our digitizing, you will not be charged. All you need to do is let us know prior to approving the Logo/Artwork file that you are not satisfied, and we will stop the process with no charge to you.

Have your own Digitized Logo or Design?

We can use your file if it is "100% READY FOR PRODUCTION". This means a digitized embroidery file sent to us in a DST format, ready for sewing. YOU WILL BE BILLED CHARGES UNDER ANY OTHER SCENARIO, DESIGN AND/OR DIGITIZING. We are not responsible for sewing results for customer supplied DST files as our company did not digitize the file. There will be additional charges for requested sew outs.

Before the work begins, we help with thread & ink color and product selections.

Upon satisfaction with the design, we will help you select the right colors to match your Logo or Artwork. We are also available to assist you in selecting the best product for your design that meets your budget and needs
